A large room about 74.78 meters wide in diameter. This is a room with two round desks that sit next to the enterance to the room. The walls are covered in books and shelfs with notes, intruction manuals, documents, historical information and such. The center of the room has a small fountain with running water that relaxes the people on the chairs, benchs and mats. The shelfs that come inward toward the fountain have small stools for readers who are wanting to rest and read while in a quieter place. There are small tables for researchers between the shelfs. This place is sometimes used for non-destructive kidou.
